"Mark was exceptional from my first contact with him in October 2023 through the closing of our home in San Diego in February. His attention to every detail was superior, and I believe we got a great home because of his knowledge, efficiency, and willingness to offer encouragement and be creative. We purchased the home remotely from Cleveland and made two separate 24 hour trips to San Diego. That means everything was done via phone, FaceTime and docusign. Anytime I needed help with the property - open the door for someone or be present for an inspection, Mark was there. There’s no way we could have sold our home in Cleveland and purchased our home in San Diego without Mark’s help. The time difference proved tricky but Mark was there early in the morning and late at night as needed. He answered every question and was there whenever we needed to vent about the process.
