"Mark was exceptional from my first contact with him in October 2023 through the closing of our home in San Diego in February. His attention to every detail was superior, and I believe we got a great home because of his knowledge, efficiency, and willingness to offer encouragement and be creative. We purchased the home remotely from Cleveland and made two separate 24 hour trips to San Diego. That means everything was done via phone, FaceTime and docusign. Anytime I needed help with the property - open the door for someone or be present for an inspection, Mark was there. There’s no way we could have sold our home in Cleveland and purchased our home in San Diego without Mark’s help. The time difference proved tricky but Mark was there early in the morning and late at night as needed. He answered every question and was there whenever we needed to vent about the process. We now know how important it is to have a strong agent - and even when things got stressful at the very end due to some unfortunate actions by our seller - Mark was there to work with us and help solve the problem. Most of all, throughout the process, Mark treated my wife and I like friends and not just clients. And he treated the home as if it were his home. He was properly calm when needed and agitated on our behalf when needed. I would recommend Mark to anyone who asks."

"Working with Mark was a great experience! From the day we opened escrow until the day we closed, Mark was always giving me updates and making sure that we were on schedule to close on time, and he helped me understand the different timelines during the transaction. I couldn't recommend him any more, 10 out of 10 experience! Purchasing a home is a stressful process, but Mark always made me feel like family through the whole process, negotiating with the seller and getting us a great deal."

"Mark is an amazing realtor who made my home-buying experience smooth and stress-free. He was always responsive and quick to act, which made a huge difference. His negotiating skills are top-notch, and thanks to his unique tactics, I got a great house at a good price before investors had a chance. Mark guided me through every step, and with his connections and hard work, we closed on the house in just 10 days. He's always available when you need him and incredibly helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor."
